777sf Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations on the Platform

By accessing, browsing, or using the 777sf platform in any capacity — including but not limited to creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with 777sf's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777sf with respect to your use of the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777sf platform and close your account.

• You have not previously had a 777sf account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

777sf employs automated and manual age and identity verification procedures. Where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, 777sf reserves the right to restrict or close the account and withhold any funds pending resolution. Providing false documentation or misrepresenting your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 777sf. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777sf may close all but the original account and void any bonuses or winnings accrued through duplicate registrations.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or software error during a game round, the outcome of the affected round may be voided. 777sf will endeavour to resolve technical issues promptly and fairly. Bets voided due to technical faults will be returned to the player's account balance.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when placing bets. 777sf will not compensate players for losses arising from poor connectivity on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777sf and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and potential legal action:

• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any form of automated betting software to interact with the 777sf platform in place of manual player action.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 777sf software.

Any unauthorised use of 777sf's intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777sf, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 777sf platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 777sf shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption to the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 777sf's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate information displayed as a result of a technical error, provided such errors are corrected upon identification.
• Any indirect losses, including loss of profit or opportunity, arising from use of the platform.

777sf's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777sf's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

777sf reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, money laundering, collusion, or use of automated software.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account closure.
• Extended inactivity in accordance with 777sf's dormant account policy.

Upon closure of your account for breach of these Terms, 777sf reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account, void any pending bets, and retain any bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as a player-requested closure in good standing — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method following completion of final verification checks.

If your complaint cannot be resolved at the customer support level, you may escalate your dispute to 777sf's compliance team, who will conduct an independent internal review. The outcome of the internal review will be communicated to you in writing.

If you remain unsatisfied following the internal review, and your complaint falls within the scope of 777sf's licensing authority's dispute resolution remit, you may escalate the matter to that authority as a final recourse. Details of the applicable escalation process will be provided in the internal review response letter.

777sf reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777sf will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — which may include a notification on the platform, an email to your registered address, or a notice displayed at the point of login.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 777sf platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not materially affect player rights, or updates required by regulatory changes — may be implemented without separate player notification.
